2. The personal data you provide will be processed for the purpose of providing the service and is provided on a voluntary basis, but is necessary for the fulfilment of the Agreement.

- article 6(1)(b) of the RODO, i.e.: the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, i.e.: any steps towards entering into a contract, e.g. submitting an offer or corresponding to agree the terms of a contract; performance of the contract;
- article 6(1)(c) of the DPA, i.e.: processing is necessary for the fulfilment of a legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator, e.g. the issuing of an invoice in respect of the services provided, the need to keep financial and accounting records for a legally defined period of time;
- article 6(1)(f) RODO (purposes deriving from the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator: investigation, establishment and defence of claims, answering the Client's questions/requests, archiving of data).
4. Personal data shall be processed for the duration of the service and thereafter until the statute of limitations for claims.
5. Recipients of personal data may be third parties on the basis of a personal data entrustment agreement, i.e. external accountancy, law firm.
6. Personal data is not transferred to a third country.

As part of your rights, you have the right to request from the controller access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of personal data concerning you, or the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability. You may also withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal - if the processing is based on consent.
